You can choose either to have your order delivered or Click & Collect for free from our Cowbridge store.
All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We aim to have your goods ready to collect on the same day that you place your order (excluding Sundays and UK public holidays). We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Please collect from The Pencil Case, 50 Eastgate, Cowbridge, CF71 7AB. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
Please bring your order confirmation with you. To ensure that only you or someone authorised by you collects your order, we will not release it without the order confirmation.
We aim to dispatch your goods within two working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
We can deliver to locations across the UK, however please note that deliveries to remote locations (e.g Highlands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands) will take longer to deliver.
We use Royal Mail Second Class post. Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please contact us.
Unfortunately we can no longer deliver internationally.
A pen adorned with 945 black diamonds and 123 rubies was sold in 2010 at auction in Shanghai for $8million. It was named the ‘Fulgor Nocturnus’ and it’s creator was Tibaldi. I would love to know if the owner actually used it or kept it in a vault!
