You can choose either to have your order delivered or Click & Collect for free from our Cowbridge store.
All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We aim to have your goods ready to collect within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding Sundays and UK public holidays). We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Please collect from The Pencil Case, 50 Eastgate, Cowbridge, CF71 7AB. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
Please bring your order confirmation with you. To ensure that only you or someone authorised by you collects your order, we will not release it without the order confirmation.
Delivery

We aim to dispatch your goods within two working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
We can deliver to locations across the UK, however please note that deliveries to remote locations (e.g Highlands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands) will take longer to deliver.
Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe please contact us.
Our courier will automatically make three attempts to deliver your parcel, usually on consecutive days, before returning the parcel to the depot to await further instructions.
