Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If any items are damaged or have been supplied
incorrectly, you must:
• Note the issue on the delivery documentation (if applicable)
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery, quoting your order number
Items must be returned in their original packaging as soon as possible after notifying us.
We will offer a replacement where available, or a refund if appropriate. Refunds will be issued to the
original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct any amount if returned items are further
damaged due to improper packaging.
Faulty Items
If your item develops a fault, please contact us within 28 days of purchase, quoting your order
number.
We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs (e.g. Royal Mail Second Class) for faulty
items.
Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)
If you wish to cancel or return an item that is not faulty or incorrect, you must:
• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Return the item within 14 days of cancellation
Items must be:
• Unused and in a resalable condition
• Returned in original packaging (or suitable alternative)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued using the
original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

unavailable, please use suitable protective packaging to ensure the item arrives in resalable
condition.

• We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility
for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Items remain your responsibility until safely received by us.
• If items are lost or damaged during return transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
• Return postage costs are only covered for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
