Delivery Policy

We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Standard Delivery

• Delivery is charged at £5.95

• Free delivery on orders over £60

• Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day for next working

day processing

• Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following working day

We use Royal Mail Second Class post, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days from

dispatch.

School Uniform Orders (Peak Season)

During our busiest period (1st August – mid September), delivery times may vary:

• Orders containing embroidered items may take 10–14 days to be dispatched

• In-stock items will be sent as quickly as possible

• If certain sizes are unavailable, we may need to order from suppliers, which can extend

processing times due to embroidery requirements

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK.

• Standard UK delivery: £5.95

• Free delivery on orders over £60

Highlands & Islands Delivery

Orders to certain remote areas are subject to a £9.95 delivery charge, including orders over £60.

This applies to the following locations and postcodes:

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight, including:

AB31–AB38, AB45, AB52–AB56, BT, FK17–FK21, HS, IM, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA49,

PA60–PA78, PA80, PH17–PH26, PH30–PH44, PH49–PH50, PO30–PO41, ZE

Delivery to these areas may also take longer than standard delivery times.
